We know how frustrating it can be when the winter months roll around, and your fireplace won't start. The usual process can take weeks to get fixed, and sometimes multiple trips if a part is missing or backordered. We are aiming to change that with our new summer-time preventative maintenance program.
For a one-time fee, we will schedule a service call with you over the summer to come and inspect your fireplace to make sure when the cold weather hits, your home stays warm. Not only that, but you will receive a discount on all parts associated with your hearth's maintenance

🔥Develop an in-depth understanding of hearth and patio products and the installation process to facilitate product recommendations and solutions for our customers. We will provide product and industry standards training.
🔥Systematically manage all customer quotes, orders, previews and installations.
🔥Build strong relationships with customers and be extremely diligent with follow up.
🔥Strong sense of interior design and/or experience within the home improvement and/or residential construction industry is highly desired.
🔥Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office Tools (email, Word, Excel).
